In the field of building consultancy, feasibility studies, energy conservation audits and specifications, Fundament & Associates, Inc.’s expertise and services are being utilized by such entities as California Energy Commission (CEC), California Department of General Services, Energy Assessments (EA), and the Southern California Gas Company.

Our services include generation of investment grade audits, management of energy services companies, and detailed mechanical and electrical reports for long term or master planning purposes. Typically our audits include thorough computer modeling of buildings and exterior elements of campus facilities to identify energy conservation measures.

Noteworthy Building Consultancy projects completed by the firm include, among many others: the California State Capitol Building, the Legislative Office Building, Hearst Castle, and the entire Elk Grove School District.

In this category Fundament & Associates, Inc. has also produced international energy efficiency work for resorts and hospitals in Mexico, Aruba, and China.

F&A was the full service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers on this project designed with a full BIM model utilizing Revit and Navisworks. Construction on this project starts January 2011.
