Fundament & Associates, Inc. produces significant master planning studies, planning, phasing and design for utility infrastructure systems including chilled water distribution systems, heating systems, IT infrastructure, and power and signal systems (including fire alarm). A selection of noteworthy projects include: total replacement of a phased power system for San Bernardino Valley College, Hoag Hospital IT infrastructure, the University of California San Diego partial improvements for chilled water, heating hot water and entire campus energy management systems.

F&A was the full service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers on this project designed with a full BIM model utilizing Revit and Navisworks. Construction on this project starts January 2011.
